A Symbol of Unity

Our passion at Obosa Resturant is to delight and tantalize the palates of our customers with our variety of Nigerian dishes, which has been carefully crafted and curated by our Chef which are Infusion with her unique combination of spices from Nigeria and the west coast of Africa.

We want to share the wonderful food culture of our people with the world. Our menu offerings include a variety of common non-African dishes that we have recreated and prepared with Nigerian spices and herbs.

Spices make the food we eat come alive. Our team has experimented and used so many Nigerian and West African spices to cook for many years and their collective experiences are employed in our kitchen daily.

We recognize that the careful selection and right combination of spices for any dish can literally catapult one to unknown heights of flavorful pleasure. Which is why is makes eating our food relishingly pleasurable.

West African and Nigerian spices are as flavorful as they are colorful and we love to find new ways of using them in our dishes. From our traditional Nigerian dishes to the Afro-fusion dishes we serve.

At Obosa we strive to get the combo and balance right. We are proud of our spices and what they can do to your palates...we celebrate them in every dish we make!
